Does a company need to refile their products as a result of Actuarial Guideline CCC? The feedback that I have received from the states is that they need to check to see if their current return of premium products meet the guideline. If they do meet the guideline, then they will not need to refile. If they don't meet the guideline, then they will need to refile and will need to stop selling the products by 1/1/2010 if they have not been refiled.
