What is the status of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission regarding return of premium contracts? This can be found at the web site http://www.insurancecompact.org/compact_rlmkng_docket.htm. There was a hearing request scheduled for 1/1/2009 and comments were due on 2/10/2009. The Compact will expand upon nonforfeiture issues as discussed in Actuarial Guideline CCC and discuss other filing issues.
